With Volkswagen Kasko:

  • All types of repairs are performed under the roof of Volkswagen Authorized Services by expert technicians using only Genuine Volkswagen Spare Parts®.
  • If your vehicle is damaged in an accident to the extent that it is not possible to repair, or if stolen within 1 year period following the first registration date of the vehicle, you will be given a brand new vehicle or fully compensated with the turnkey price of the vehicle.
  • Survey report is not required for repairs of damages up to 1,000 TL to be performed at Volkswagen Authorized Services. As a result, your vehicle is repaired quickly.
  • Repairs which are within the quantity and unit limits mentioned in the policy attachment are performed by the authorized services without adversely affecting the no-claim bonus until the expiry date of the car insurance policy (applicable for damages on the vehicle body, paint, leather, vinyl, fabric and plastic parts of your Volkswagen).
  • Insured pays 30% of the claim related to damages repaired at non-contracted services. However, Volkswagen Kasko fully covers the damages repaired at contracted Volkswagen Authorized Services.
  • As a one-off advantage provided for you, broken glasses are replaced with original parts without adversely affecting the no-claim bonus.
  • You are given a temporary vehicle if the problem with your vehicle is not fixed within 24 hours after it is delivered to a Volkswagen Authorized Service.
  • Lost ignition keys are replaced free of charge (up to 1,000 TL)
  • Your case is handled by a single point, since Volkswagen Authorized Services serve as both agencies and contracted services.
  • All risks are under coverage as the car insurance, personal accident insurance, voluntary liability insurance, legal protection insurance and car insurance help package services provided under the umbrella of Volkswagen Kasko.
  • You are offered an advantageous no-claim bonus on renewals made in the following years.
  • Since damages are repaired by the authorized services, the 2nd hand value of your Volkswagen is maintained.
  • Volkswagen Kasko policy is applicable for 2001 and subsequent year model vehicles.
