When will you make the payments?
You can make the payments in the agreement mentioned in the Consumer Loan and Pledge Agreement based on the amounts and dates given in the payment plan. Payment of the installment amount in the bank account of the authorized dealer does not ensure the loan repayment. Loan debtor has to make the payment in the vdf bank account. Late payment will be subject to payment of a default interest.
If you fail to pay an installment on the respective due date…
You will have to pay the installment amount together with the default interest calculated on the basis of interest rate set forth in the Consumer Loan and Pledge Agreement. You can find out the default interest by calling vdf Customer Service at (0212) 410 5 833.
If you want to make a change in your payment plan after the loan is granted...
You need to call vdf Customer Service at (0212) 410 5 833 to find out the terms of the changes you might do in your payment plans. vdf will make such changes on its own initiative only.
Can you pay full loan amount before the end of the loan term?
You are entitled to pay up the loan debt anytime before the end of the loan term. Again, you need to call vdf Customer Service at (0212) 410 5 833 for relevant actions.
