Documents Required for Loan Application

Salaried Applicants

  • Photocopy of ID Card,
  • Photocopy of payroll sheet (of the last month) or income statement documenting monthly revenue sealed/signed by employer’s officers
  • Photocopy of the signatory circular of the officers who sign the income statement
  • Notarized specimen signature form

One of the below documents is required in loan applications to confirm the declared address:

  • Residence certificate or
  • One of the utility services (electricity, water, natural gas, telephone) bills of the last 3 months issued in the name of the applicant
  • A document issued by any public agency.

Self Employed Applicants

  • Photocopy of ID Card,
  • Photocopy of the Tax Plate
  • Notarized specimen signature form
  • Income statement (Photocopy of Self Employed Account Statement)

One of the below documents is required in loan applications to confirm the declared address:

  • Residence certificate or
  • One of the utility services (electricity, water, natural gas, telephone) bills of the last 3 months issued in the name of the applicant
  • A document issued by any public agency.

Retired Applicants

  • Photocopy of ID Card,
  • Notarized specimen signature form
  • Photocopy of the bankbook documenting the employee pension

One of the below documents is required in loan applications to confirm the declared address:

  • Residence certificate or
  • One of the utility services (electricity, water, natural gas, telephone) bills of the last 3 months issued in the name of the applicant
  • A document issued by any public agency.

Legal Entity Shareholder Applicant

  • Photocopies of the ID Cards of the shareholders
  • Photocopy of the tax plate
  • Photocopy of the Registry Gazette (documenting establishment, shareholder structure, and the last version after changes, if any)
  • Notarized current signatory circular
  • Photocopy of the last year’s balance sheet and income statement authenticated by a tax administration or chartered accountant or certified public accountant (For fleet loan applications balance sheet and income statement for the last three years are required)
  • Photocopy of the detailed trial balance of the last period
  • Evidence documenting registration of trade registry.
